1992
The first foundations of an international journey
The Beginning

Giovanni Tremolada graduated from the Faculty of Architecture at the Politecnico di Milano. After completing his studies, he began his career at the family company, Edil Tremolada e Zappa, where he worked for four years. In 1992, he moved to Brazil and settled in São Paulo, marking the start of his professional journey in the country.

1994
Consolidation in the high-end market
Design

He began working in the design sector as Purchasing Director of the largest high-end retail group in Latin America, House Garden, where he deepened his expertise and expanded his strategic market vision.

1999
The birth of a brand focused on excellence
Vermontex is born

After five years, and with his experience well established, Giovanni founded Vermontex, a representation agency focused on high-end design. Initially operating within Brazil, the company secured representation contracts with leading manufacturers in the sector.

2016
Consolidating international presence in Latin America
Territory Expansion

After consolidating its operations in Brazil, Vermontex began expanding into other Latin American countries, establishing representations in Argentina and Uruguay in response to the growing demand for luxury design.

2020
Digital evolution and stronger market relationships
Modernization and Online Presence

Until then operating exclusively through physical representation, Vermontex officially launched its website, expanding its market presence and strengthening relationships with clients online. The company also extended its operations to additional countries in Latin America and Central America.
